He has 46 years of experience in working with Reserve Bank of India and Industrial Development Bank of India at various functional levels including Financial and Capital Markets Services.

Fellow Member of ICSI, heads all Investment Banking activities of Srei Caps. He is having over 17 years of experience in Capital Market related activities including IPO, Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, etc.
Dr. R. Mandal
Besides completing M.Tech. from IIT, Delhi, he holds a PHD from UMIST (Manchester) and M.Sc. (Project Management) from Manchester. Possesses a rich experience of over 30 years in concerns like IPCL, United Nations, James Finlay etc. He was the Advisor to the Planning Commission, Govt. of India and has been associated with several other Ministries including MoF and MoI&B, Govt. of India. His functional areas include Project Evaluation, Approval and Monitoring in the fields of Industry, Infrastructure and Finance.
Hemant Kanoria
Has over 25 years of experience in Industry, Trade and Financial Services. He is the Chairman & Managing Director of Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited and the former President of Calcutta Chamber of Commerce. He is also the former Chairman of the NBFC Task Force of FICCI and a member of the Steering Committee of the Repository of Environmental Activities & Technology under Tata Energy Research Institute.
S. Krishna Kumar
He is a retired IAS Officer and topper in Mechanical Engineering and Indian Railway Service of Engineers. He has been elected as Member of Parliament thrice and has served as Union Minister of State for 9 years under Late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi and Late Mr. P. V. Narasimha Rao, handling various ministries including Defence, Agriculture, Information & Broadcasting, Petroleum & Natural Gas etc. He has also held various other positions including District Collector (Cochin), Chairman of various Government and Quasi Government Organizations, besides being the Principal Secretary (Industries, Urban Administration etc.) of the Government of Kerala.
K. M. Lal
He is a retired IAS Officer with over 40 years of experience in various Ministries of the Govt. of India, as well as, various Administrative Departments of the Govt. of West Bengal. He has acted in the capacity of Joint Secretary and Secretary (Banking), Department of Finance, Govt. of West Bengal, Industrial Advisor, Govt. of West Bengal and Special Advisor, Planning Commission, Govt. of India.
Saud Siddique
Mr. Siddique has more than 25 years of investments and operating company experience in the infrastructure sector globally. Previously, he worked with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank, for more than 16 years.
