Chief Executive Officer - Infrastructure Project Development

He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has rich experience in corporate finance, conceptualisation and implementation of business plans, vendor development, portfolio management and project appraisal and analysis. He has been assisting the Directors in all new initiatives/alliances and contributes in policy making. Before joining Srei, he was associated with Apeejay Surrendra Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers in senior management positions.

Madhusudan Dutta
Human Capital - Corporate Strategy and Planning

He has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Development and Management. He has done his PGDBM from the IISWBM, University of Calcutta and has studied Law at the University of Calcutta. He enjoyed a short stint with Srei for 15 months before moving on as Head HR to the then nascent Quippo in 2006. He played a key role in streamlining HR practices of all the five strategic businesses of Quippo. Being a key member of Quippo Telecom since its inception, he contributed to the growth of the Quippo telecom business which was subsequently merged with Tata Telecom. During the initial period of the merger, he was also a member of the Tata - Quippo TMC team overseeing the integration exercise.

Prior to Srei and Quippo, he has worked with leading FMCG and health care companies like Glaxo and Dabur. Formally trained in psychometric tools and mentoring, he has worked extensively with leading global consultants in transformation and change management processes. Innovative approaches in recruitment, orientation, organisational development initiatives, PMS, Training and Development are his key contributions to Human Resource development at Srei.

Naveen Bansal
Vice President - Special Projects

He is a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is responsible for coordinating with various agencies for successful implementation, ensuring statutory and other compliances for projects, monitoring projects and providing detailed MIS reports for the top management. Prior to Srei, he was associated with Shree Sidhi Silicones Pvt. Ltd., Gravure Press Ltd., Radiant Rotogravure Pvt. Ltd. and National Hardboards.

Rajdeep Khullar
Head - Legal (Litigation)

He is a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Calcutta. He has also successfully completed a course in Arbitration Law and Practice, jointly conducted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He has over 24 years of experience in corporate legal affairs. Before joining Srei, he was associated with Patton Tanks Group and MKJ Group.

Rajesh Jain
Head – Human Resources

He has over 21 years of experience in diverse businesses and functions across diverse industries like Energy, Power and Document technology & services.

An MBA (HR) from ICFAI and B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Government Engineering College, Ujjain, he has worked with organisations like Suzlon Energy, Eaton and Xerox, India before joining Srei.

As Head of Corporate HR, he is enabling the organization to prepare itself for meeting future business goals vis-a-vis organizational capability. He has rich corporate experience in HR functions like Compensation and Benefits, PMS, Workforce Planning, HR Information system, People Policies, Global Mobility andRecruitment. He is also an experienced examiner of Malcolm Baldridge Business Excellence Model, a Six Sigma Trainer and a certified trainer of Lominger Competency Model.

He has worked with Suzlon Energy as General Manager - Corporate HR and as DGM, Strategy and Planning to spearhead various key global and strategic projects on HR, finance & supply chain. He headed the HR and Quality function of Eaton Corporation’s Electrical Division in India, New Delhi. In his role as Head, Regional Service Operations at Xerox, India, he was responsible for service Sales, net margins, customer / employee and dealer satisfaction for Chandigarh region.

Sandeep Lakhotia
Company Secretary & Group Head

He is a Xaverian and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than 13 years of rich experience and is presently leading the Corporate Secretarial Team of the Srei Group in charge of the corporate compliance and governance function.

Sanjeev Sancheti
Group Head - Corporate Strategy and Planning

He is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 18 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, MIS, Budgeting, Commercial, Treasury, Taxation and Legal matters. Before joining Srei, he was associated with Dubai Port World (erstwhile P&O Ports), Chennai operations.

Shashi Bhushan Tiwari
Chief Operating Officer - Credit and Treasury

He is a Bachelor of Science and LLB, and holds a Diploma in Business Management. He manages the Foreign Currency exposure of the company, external commercial borrowings, liaising with international institutions, banks, and regulatory authorities both in India and abroad. He is also an associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Before joining Srei, he was associated with PNB and IDBI Banks.

Subrata Dutta
Chief Information Officer

He has close to 25 years of Professional Accounting, Management Consulting and IT experience in Industry and ITES industry. A CA/MBA from USA, he has undertaken senior management/leadership roles across various functions. With a rare skill of Finance & IT (in Consulting involving service delivery, product incubation, practice incubation, Relationship Management at Board level, outsourcing and Business Transformation) and Industry in the area of Infrastructure, Applications and Governance, he has diverse experience in India and UK/Europe. He has worked in renowned Multinationals, and reputed Organisations like Pricewaterhouse Coopers MCS Division and Genpact (NYSE-G) as a Vice President prior to joining Srei.

He has been in the Committee/served several Industry bodies like CMA, Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, AMCHAM, and lectured at IIT KGP. He is six sigma Trained and Tested.

He has won several leadership awards and trained in prestigious Leadership Programs like ELP (Duke University/IIM Ahmedabad)
