Joint-Stock Company " Srei Leasing " is a leasing company
incorporated in 2004 in Moscow under Russian Law. The basic purpose of the
company is rendering of leasing services of infrastructure equipments for
construction of buildings and roads in the Russian Federation. The founder of
Srei Leasing is a German company, IIS International Infrastructure Services
GmbH, owning leasing companies in Russia and UK. IIS is a part Srei Group.
ZSL has its head office in Moscow with one branch in St.
Petersburg (opened in February 2007) and another branch at Krasnodar (opened in
Aug 2007).
In the field of leasing, SIFL has unique experience and
expertise in realization of retail business with a wide network of regional and
branch office across the country. ZAO Srei Leasing gets the know-how from
SIFL to develop business and achieve its objective in Russia. ZAO Srei Leasing
has strategic relationship with practically all key vendors in construction and
mining industry. Major vendors include Volvo, Caterpillar, IR ABG and Hitachi
etc. Currently, the company is targeting at the small and medium construction
companies interested in developing and upgrading part of their equipments.
Objective of ZSL is to conduct leasing business
mainly for SME's in the infrastructure sector as a highly dedicated and service
oriented company. ZSL will be based on the same successful asset based business
model and establish the same pro-active degree of customer orientation as Srei
in India. Objective is to become the most active and innovative infrastructure
leasing company in Russia within the next five years simultaneously ensuring an
