Management Team

Arnab Basu Senior Vice President - International Business & Project Finance
	He is a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Lucknow. He is looking after the International Business initiatives of Srei and also heading the Project Finance division (CORE). Before joining Srei he was associated with ICICI Bank and INCAB Industries Limited.

Bajrang Kumar Choudhary Senior Vice President - MD's Secretariat
	He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, New Delhi and a qualified Chartered Accountant having rich experience in corporate finance, conceptualisation and implementation of business plans, vendor development, portfolio management and project appraisal and analysis. He looks after the Investor Relations function and the M&A activities of the group. He has been assisting the directors in all new initiatives/alliances and contributes in policy making. Before joining Srei he was associated with Apeejay Surrendra Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers in senior management positions.

Braj Kishore Vice President & Head - Corporate Communication & Brand Management
	He has over 12 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing and Communications across sectors like Infrastructure, Retail Finance, Healthcare, among others. He is an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia and has also done Post Graduate in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi. Prior to joining Srei, he was Controller - Marketing and Communications with Artemis Health Institute, Gurgaon, the first flagship hospital from the promoters of Apollo Tyres group. Prior to Artemis, he has worked with BHW Home Finance (part of Deutsche Postbank, Germany) and Hudco.

Deepak Kumar Gupta

Head - Human Resources

He is a Management Graduate from JBIMS and has extensively worked in the areas of organisation development and capability building. He has occupied Senior Level positions in companies like ENAM, CRISIL, ICICI and RPG Group. He brings with him close to 20 years of experience out of which close to 12 years has been in the Financial Services Sector. Before joining Srei, he was working as a Senior Vice President - Human Resources, ENAM. Earlier, he was associated with CRISIL Limited as Head - Human Resources from 1999 to 2004 and ICICI Bank as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources.

Devendra Kumar Vyas

Chief Executive - Asset Finance Division

He is Bachelor of Commerce inform Ajmer University and qualified Chartered Accountant. He is responsible for the entire Asset Financing Business of Srei. He is associated with this company from last one decade. Before joining Srei he was one of the partners of G. P. Agarwal and Company.

Kaushik Chaudhuri Chief Operating Officer
	He is a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calcutta He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also a ICWA. He is looking after the entire Central Processing Unit. Before joining Srei he was associated with companies like Satyam Computers Services Limited, Medusind Solutions, GE Capital, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Citi Bank N A.

Mudit Gupta Senior Vice President - Retail Sales, Asset Finance
	He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Garhwal University and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Productivity and Management. He is responsible for the entire retail sales business of Srei. Before joining Srei he was associated with ICICI Bank and Kailash Auto Finance Limited.

Naveen Bansal Vice President - Special Projects
	He is a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calcutta. He looks after different project in which Srei have ventured into responsible for co-ordinating with various agencies for successful implementation, ensure statutory and other compliances for the projects, monitoring the projects and providing detail MIS to top management. Before joining Srei he was associated with companies like Shree Sidhi Silicones Pvt. Ltd., Gravure Press Ltd., Radiant Rotogravure Pvt. Ltd., National Hardboards.

Prakash Chand Patni Head - Resource Mobilisation (Domestic)
	He is a Bachelor in Commerce from University of Rajasthan & a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has 23 years of rich exposure in Fund Management, Financial Forecasting, Budgeting, Statutory/internal Audit and handling public issues, Liasioning with Financial institutions and banks. Before joining Srei he was associated with Dalhousie Jute Company and Aketa Limited.

Rajdeep Khullar Head - Legal (Litigation)
	He has done his Bachelor in Commerce and subsequently Bachelor in Law from University of Calcutta. He has also successfully completed, course in Arbitration Law and Practice, jointly conducted by Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK & Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He has over 23 years of corporate legal affairs experience. Before joining Srei he was associated with companies like Patton Tanks Group, MKJ Group.

Sandeep Kumar Lakhotia Company Secretary
	He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He in charge of the corporate secretarial activities and statutory compliances of Srei and its group companies. Before joining Srei he was associated with ITC Limited.

Sanjeev Sancheti

Chief Financial Officer

He is the Chief Financial Officer of Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited. A Commerce Graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, is also a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant with over 17 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, MIS, Budgeting, Commercial, Treasury, Taxation & Legal matters. Before joining Srei he was associated with Dubai Port World (erstwhile P&O Ports), Chennai operations.

Shashi Bhushan Tiwari

Head - Resource Mobilisation (International)

He is a Bachelor of Science and LLB. Beside that he also holds the degree of Diploma in Business Management. He is managing the Foreign Currency Exposure of the company, external commercial borrowings, liasioning with international Institutions, Banks, Regulatory Authorities both in India and abroad. He is also an associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. Before joining Srei he was associated with top nationalised bank i.e. PNB & IDBI Bank.

Subhash Mohanti Vice President - Media Relations
	He assists Directors and Business Heads in strategic planning and reviewing / analysing, implementation of new initiatives and monitoring of business performance. He extensively looks after the liaisoning with external agencies i.e. Media, Chamber of Commerce, Government etc. A journalist and writer at heart, he was associated with the top financial media for nearly 23 years prior to joining Srei.
