| Purpose of the Role |
To manage the Financial, Payables, Receivable & Payroll Accounting function & MIS of SIFL.

| Roles and Responsibilities |
- Setting up and maintaining strong systems, processes, and controls.
- Improving accounting and MIS systems; focus on business efficiencies.
- Revenue and cost management.
- Team-leader for finance & accounting function.
- Preparation & finalization of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts.
- Preparation and submission of Monthly MIS.
- Managing the Accounts Payable function, timely and proper vendor payments.
- Managing the Payroll Accounts, timely and proper employee payments.

| Key Competencies |
- Strong on processes and controls.
- ERP based system exposure is essential.
- Must have good analytical, number-crunching, and MIS skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payables & Financial Accounting.
- Good knowledge of direct & indirect taxation.
- Business approach ( not just accounting knowledge).
- Cost accounting skills.
- Has worked as part of management team.
